CONSIGNOR CONTRACT INFO

Consignment Rate: 50/50

You will receive 50% of the total cost of item at time of sale.

Consignment Time: Items will be sold as initially priced for 90 days, after 90 days items will be reduced to 50% off for remaining 30 days. Unless you’ve selected your items to be returned after 90 days.

  - It is your responsibility to contact us at the end of your contract to pick up remaining items if you do not want them donated. Please give us 48 hours to have         items ready for pick up.

- We offer a 7 day grace period once your contract has expired. 

- At the end of the 7 day grace period we will donate any items that have not sold to the  Comox Valley Transition Society 

Clothing we will not be accepting:

Joe Fresh, George/Walmart, Reitmans, Bootlegger/Kismet, Rickis, Garage, Suzy Shier, Nygard, Old Navy, Urban Planet, Sirens, Ardenes, Addition Elle, Northern Reflections, Eddie Bauer, Costco/Kirkland/Tuff Athletics, Mariposa, Cleo, Olsen, Alia N Tanjay, Le Chateau, Shein.

You, the Consignor:

• Are entitled to pick up your items at anytime. Please allow 48 hours for items to be ready for pick up.

• Clothing we do not find suitable will be donated immediately unless you’ve selected to pick up any items that will not be sold. Consignor will have 7 days to pick up these items.

• Ensures that the item(s) will have no stains, holes, missing buttons, broken zippers, loose or torn hems or understand the item may be reduced in price to reflect this.

• You may request a payout by e-mail once a month.

• Please give 48 hours for payout to be sent by e-transfer

• Payouts, when requested, will be payable by e-transfer on the 15th of the month unless it lands on a day we are closed or a stat holiday. In that case, you will be paid on our next day open. Minimum payout is $50.00.

• We do not call consignors at the end of a contract. If the consignor wants to pick items up they give us 48 hours notice by email.

Selkie Sisters Collective reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline merchandise we deem appropriate for the store.

• Determine the selling price of all items based on age, condition, brand, and style

• Change the price of items reflecting the term of the contract.

• Donate any items as per chosen contract time or if items are discovered to be damaged after the initial process of steaming and pricing.

• Freeze payouts if the store is forced to shut down for unforeseen reasons (pandemic).

• Retract credit from consignor account if their item has been returned for an online exchange.

• Your store credit from items sold can be used to purchase any items Selkie Sisters Collective sells.

We accept:

All Seasons, Footwear, Scarves and Bags.

No Jewelry.
